Take a look at my service areas below to see how I can help you!
I have experience with numerous employment cases from mediation to litigation in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. I am available to act for both employers and employees in personal grievance cases.
My objective is always to achieve the best possible outcome for clients both monetarily and legally.
This kind of approach depends on making sound pragmatic decisions at the earliest stage possible – determining the issues, getting the facts clear, applying the law, and coming up with reasonable and cost effective solutions. Mediation, for example, is often an excellent way of resolving personal grievances as it is not only generally far less expensive but is often a means to preserve what good still remains from the employment relationship.
Get in TouchAfter approximately twenty years dealing with criminal and traffic cases from the District Court, through to the High Court and Court of Appeal, I am able to bring a great deal of practical experience to resolving your problems in these areas.
You will find that I am cost effective, easy to communicate with and will give you clear, helpful and sound legal advice no matter what kind of charge or charges you are facing.
I will support you through the stressful process of being charged and help you to the best resolution as quickly and affordably as possible. For example, I may be able to negotiate reduced charges or a reduced sentence (e.g. community work instead of prison) or if it is necessary to fight the charge(s) in Court then I am able to do so in front of a Judge alone or a Judge and Jury - I am a trained public speaker and am experienced at doing both.
Get in TouchLosing your drivers license can mean undue hardship - especially if you commute to work, or if your job involves driving.
In most cases it is possible to obtain a temporary work-only permit that will allow you to continue commuting/driving for work. I can ease this process by organizing all the required paperwork, and pleading your case to a Judge if necessary. Get in touch if you'd like to learn more.
Get in TouchIf you have been left out of a Will, or only received a small proportion of the deceased's estate, and you feel that it is unfair or unjust, then you may have a claim against that estate for a share or a greater share. Conversely, you may be a beneficiary and find that your share is threatened by such a claim.
In either case, I can provide legal assistance in a way that ensures that your interests are best protected by the law. These kinds of claims have the potential to cause enormous family rifts and I always try to ensure that the conflict is handled sensitively and in a way that minimises this kind of damage to family relationships, while still obtaining the best result for my client. Often these cases can be resolved relatively early, without the need for protracted, expensive and emotionally damaging litigation.
